Yes, you can have separate logins for an Office account as well as for the individual Agents who are part of the same office. 

If you have an Office subscription/account, you can setup social media accounts for your office. 


All sale listings from the office, regardless of who the listing agent is, will be shared to the office's Facebook and Instagram social media pages and link back to the office website.


Agents in the same office, can start their own Agent Subscription so only their own sale listings will be shared to their own Facebook and Instagram business pages and link back to either the office website or their own personal website.


In the case where there is an Office and Agent subscription, sale listings will be shared across the offices AND the agents social media accounts and link back to the relevant office/agent websites.



What is the difference between an office and an agent account?


An Office account will share all content (all new sale listings, articles and Instagram posts) to the social media accounts of the office, and will link back to the office website.


An agent account will share just the listings of the agent to their social media accounts and not to the office's social media accounts and link back to either the office website or their own personal website. 



Why should an agent have their own account if their office has an account?


We recommend that agents who have their own social media business accounts should set up their own Real Estate Voice account to ensure their listings and content is shared to their own personal business pages to increase their profile as the local area property expert.  Social media posts will link back to the website of their choice.


We also recommend that Agents who have their website have their own Real Estate Voice account so their social media posts will link back to their own website to build their online profile. 



What is the price difference between an agent and an office account?


An Office subscription is AU$139 per month (+GST)  

An Agent subscription is AU $49 per month (+GST)    


What is the minimum commitment?

 

While there is no minimum contract, we recommend a minimum 3 month commitment in order to get the full benefit of automation from Trev.
