If you are comfortable finding your way around online Dashboards, use this speedy guide to get started in just minutes.
To get access to the Dashboard, you will need to have an account set up by the Trev Team.
Please contact us on support@therealestatevoice.com.au if you don't have an account.
When your Dashboard account is set up, you will receive an email to reset your password to access the Dashboard.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder for this email.
Once you are logged in to your Trev Dashboard, you should see your listings in your Dashboard.
If you do not have any listings, please send an email to support@therealestatevoice.com.au and request your listings to be added to your Dashboard.
- Subscribe - if you haven't already subscribed, please subscribe by navigating to the Billing section and make your selection to start your subscription. You will need a credit card to get started.
- Connect - please connect your social media accounts. You will only need to do this once.
- Check the Time zone - in your Profile, please update your time zone (this will ensure content will be shared at the correct times)
- Set up your Brand - select listing graphics and set up your share wording to make sure your listings and content will be branded with your logo and have your customised caption when they are shared and posted to your social media platforms
- Automation - take a few minutes to setup the automation for your listings, articles and social media tile library.
- Content - add some articles to your queue to publish on your website and share to social media platforms
- Choose some articles to add to your queue (you can also edit the articles to suit your brand and tone)
- Select some social media tiles
- Calendar - check your calendar to see what content has been scheduled in the coming days/weeks/months.
- Shop - need specific content? Order market reports and agent profiles from the Shop to get content created specifically for you!
