There is a social media content library built into the Trev Dashboard known as the 'Media Library'.  


As a subscriber, you can use any of the tiles from the library to add to your own social media platforms. 


You are free to edit them to suit your tone and brand, and also add your own call to action, commentary and hashtags.


When you select tiles to add them to your Queue, the tiles will be published on the specific days you select in your Planner


To save you time so you don't have to schedule every piece of content individually, the Planner allows you to select up to two days a week on which content will be published to your Facebook and Instagram accounts. 



Setting up your Media Automation 


Step 1 - Planner 


The first step is to select the days and times you would like content to be published using the Planner.

To do this simply follow the below steps:

  • Go to Settings > Automation > Planner
  • Drag the orange 'Share Media' placeholder onto the calendar day and time to auto share social tiles
  • Complete this step for the second placeholder
  • Complete the same steps to Publish Articles on regular days of the week
  • Click on the trash can icon to delete a placeholder
  • To change the share time simply click and drag the placeholder to a different time
  • Click on OK after each action to confirm




Step 2 - Automation Settings Social Tiles


The next step is to select the social media pages you would like the content to be shared to.

To do this, follow the below steps:


  • Go to Settings > Automation > Social Tiles 
  • Click on the YES checkbox to enable the queue
  • Select the social media pages to publish content to 
  • Upload your brand logo (if you are part of a corporate group, you do not need to upload your logo)
  • Add in your preferred hashtags - we recommend approx. 10 standard hashtags that represent your agency in your local market
  • Click on Update 



Please note:

  • As you add the tiles to your Queue, they will be automatically scheduled on the days you have chosen, in the order you have selected them. 
  • You can change the order in the Queue after the tiles are selected simply by drag and dropping the tiles in the order you want them to be in. 
  • The publish dates of the tiles will be automatically updated and the tiles will be automatically rescheduled to the new dates.
  • If you decide to change the 2 days per week in the Planner, the dates will also be automatically updated and the media waiting to be published will be rescheduled to the new days you have chosen,
  • The only exception to this are the tiles in the "Days" category. Tiles in this category will be published on the actual day the tile celebrates. For example, a Christmas tile will be published on December the 25th.



Brand Logo & Tile Footer



  • Add your logo so your social tiles are branded with your logo when it is shared to your social accounts. 
  • The logo will be presented in the bottom right hand corner of the tile and should not be smaller than 200x200 pixels.
  • It should also be a PNG file on a transparent background.

Corporate Branding

If you have multiple offices, you can supply your own branded social media tiles that will be available to all of your offices and agents. Tile Footer 

If you use a set of regular hashtags in your social media tiles, please add them in this section so your own hashtags will be added to every social media post across Instagram and Facebook. 


Important: Instagram allows a maximum of 30 hashtags per post


Because the social tiles in the Library also have their own individual hashtags, we recommend only adding approximately 10 hashtags in this section to ensure your posts are published and do not error.
