As a real estate office, you can automatically tag the listing agent in the listings that get shared to Instagram, so that the agent gets notified of the listing being shared, and subsequently can re-share the listing to their Instagram followers.

To enable this you need to add the Instagram Username (also called a handle) to each of your agents, and then add the Instagram Handle field to the share templates

Adding the Instagram Handle for agents

To do this, you need to enter the Instagram username or handle in the agent record. Click on the agent menu item:

Edit the agent you want to add the Instagram handle to by clicking the pencil icon, and add the agents' Instagram handle in the Instagram handle field:

Click Update.

Adding the Instagram handle to the share templates

Now that the Instagram handle for the agents is set, you need to add it to the share templaes so that they will get added automatically.

Select Settings->Brand and choose the Share Template tab:

From the Platform dropdown select Instagram:

Select the sale type you want to add the Instagram handle to, Click in the template where you want the Instagram handle to go and click on the {Instagram_handle} text under the template to add the Instagram handle field:

Click Update Template.

You can repeat this for each sale type you would like the Instagram handle to appear.

Now when a listing is shared to Instagram, the Instagram username for the agent will automatically be added.
