If you have an Office account, you can manage the agents in your office who also have a Trev subscription.

You can also update the details of your agents, or take over their account to set their templates, automation and manage their social media content.

If your agent wishes to subscribe, you can set this up for them by following the steps below.

Enable the Agent

• Click on the Agents List to see all the agents in your office
• Enable the agent by clicking on the pink pencil icon  
• Edit the email, phone number, time zone and Instagram handle for the agent
• Select the 'active' radio button under 'Status' to enable the account
• Click 'Update'

Login as the Agent

Once the agent is active, you will see an account takeover icon next to the agent in the agents list:

• Click on the two people icon to take over the agent account. 
• Whilst in the agents account, you can do anything as if you were logged in as that agent.
• If the agent has never logged in before, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions.

Subscribe the Agent

• You will need to subscribe the agent under Settings > Billing.

Connect social media accounts for the Agent

• If you want to connect the agent account to their social media account, you will need their social media account login details. 
• It might be easier to send a password reset email to the agent and get them to connect to their social media accounts, so you can then complete their setup.

Send a password reset email

• You can send a password reset to the agent via email, so they can set up their own account.
• Make sure their email is correct in the edit agent screen, and click the 'Password Reset' button.
• An email will be sent with a link that will enable the agent to choose a new password for their account.

Exit the Agent account

• To exit from the account click on the Exit this account at the top of the page. 
• You will be returned to the office account.
