You might be asking why a listing that has been sold is still in the for sale section? 

Or why a property that has been leased is still in the rent section of Trev? 

Sometimes technology can not work as efficiently as we would like it to work, so here is how you can move listings from for sale/rent to the sold/leased sections.

Please note: the listing will not be shared to social media even if you have automation settings in place, so if you would like it post it to socials, please manually share the listing. Click here to see how.

To move listings from sale/rent to sold/leased:

• Find the relevant listing in the for sale/rent sections
• Use the 'search' field to quickly find it using the address
• In the Action column, click on the keys icon to mark the property as sold/rented

• You will get a popup asking "Are you sure?"
• Click on the "Yes sold/rented it" button and the listing will be moved into the sold/rented section
• If you would like to share it to socials, please do this manually.

If you can't find a listing, use the 'Search' function and enter the address to filter your search and find your listing.
