Agents are automatically added into the Agents List when their listings are populated into Trev.


If an agent is not in the Agents List, they most likely don't have any live sale/sold/rent/rented listings on the agency's website as they have not been uploaded to Trev.


If an agent does have a listing on the agency's website, and the listing is not in the Dashboard, please get in touch with the team asap.




Can agents be manually added to the Agents List?


No. The only way agents are able to be added to the Dashboard is via their listings.



What information can be updated in the Agent List?


In the Agent List, click on the pink pencil icon to edit or add information such as their email address, phone number and most importantly, their Instagram handle.


 

Adding the agents Instagram handle will  allow listing automation to tag the agent on Instagram when one of their listings has been shared by the Office. See how it works on this link.



How can I see the listings for a particular agent?


In the Agent List, click on the green house icon to view the list of properties associated with that agent.




What does the two people icon mean?


If an agent in an office has their own Trev Agent subscription, the Office is able to manage the agent's Trev account, including their social connections, automations for listings as well as content. 


Users in the Office account can click on the two people icon to log into the Agent's Trev account to manage their account.
