To automatically share listings, you need to follow a few steps.


Firstly, make sure your social media accounts are connected by navigating to:


Then set up the automation for your listings by navigating to



Set and forget automation (recommended)


  • Select the listings you want to automatically share to your social media (sale, sold, rent, rented)
    - Please note: To share these listings, they must be on your website

  • Select the social accounts for listings to be shared to.
    - Please note: If your Facebook account manages multiple Facebook and Instagram pages, all options will be displayed so please select the relevant real estate pages for listings to be shared to.

  • Click on UPDATE




Share listings as a specific time


  • If you would prefer to have your listings shared from a specific time of day, this option is for you.
  • By using this option, any listings published on your website will be added to the Dashboard but not shared until the specific time set for sharing
  • This may result in listings from the previous day NOT being shared to social media until the following day


To set a specific time for sharing:

  • Tick the checkbox for 'Use a specific time for sharing'
  • Select the time you want to start sharing your listings using the drop down 24 hour time options
  • Add a delay between listings - this delay will allow listings to be shared at different times across your social accounts and reduce the risk of Meta thinking you are spamming your page 
  • Click on UPDATE




Once automation settings are in place, all new listings published on your website will be shared to your social media pages based on the settings you have selected.
