The Real Estate Voice Dashboard, or Trev, offers a set and forget social media platform that automates the everyday tasks in social media marketing.
With Trev you can:
- Automatically share your listings to your social media platforms
- Queue up articles so they are ready to be published on your website on a regular basis (this requires RSS functionality on your website)
- Automatically share articles on your website to your social media platforms
- Queue up social media content to be shared to Instagram account on a regular basis
The Trev Dashboard automation allows you to set up as much social media content and articles as you like - there are no limitations, however we recommend checking your content at least monthly due to the nature of changing market conditions.
Share Listings
- Your website is checked every few hours for new sale listings.
- If new listings are found they will be automatically shared to your Facebook page and Instagram account.
- If your Facebook login manages multiple social media accounts, and have an office and an agent login, you will be able to select more than one social account and share listings and content to your office and agent page.
Publish Articles
- Publishing articles requires that you have the ability on your website to accept an RSS feed which will convert the articles on the RSS to posts on your website.
- If you have a WordPress website, please email support@therealestatevoice.com.au.
- You can browse the article library and select articles you want to be published, in the order you want them published.
- You can select up to two days a week for your articles to be published using the Planner.
- When an an article is due to be published it will added to the RSS feed and your website will pull that article and publish it on your website.
Share Articles
- You can select to have new articles to appear on your website and shared to Facebook, LinkedIn and Google
- Shares on Instagram is not available as the platform does not share URLs or website links
- This is independent of the Publish Articles function above.
- Trev monitors your website and share any new blog articles that are found.
- This could include articles published automatically from the platform, but also articles you add to your website yourself.
- If you are part of a network who shares common articles across all of the offices' website, you can automatically share those articles to your Facebook page.
Social Tiles
Social Tiles automation enables content you select from the media library of content to be automatically shared to your social media pages.
There are multiple categories of social tiles, such as:
- Days: Public holidays and significant days such as World Environment Day, Christmas Day
- Quotes: Interesting quotes such "Buy land, they aren't making anymore"
- Renting/Selling: tiles that relate to your target market, for example "Auction or Fixed Price", "What rental lease should I choose?"
- Real Estate Terms: common terms used when buying, selling or renting property explained in simple terms. For example: LVR, Off-the-Plan, Appraisals, etc
- When you select tiles from the 'Days' category, they will be published on their relevant date.
- For example, a Christmas Day tile will be scheduled for the 25th December.
- You can select up to two days a week for the tiles to be published in the social media automation settings.
- Plus you can upload your logo so the social tiles are branded with your agency logo when they are shared.
