Share Listings using automation or manually share listings :

Sharing listings regularly to your social media is a great way to drive traffic to your website and keep your social media pages full of content.

With the Trev Dashboard, your listings can be automatically shared, giving you and your team more time to spend on client relationships.

Keeping your social media active and driving potential vendors to your website is essential in digital marketing, as once a user is on your website you control the experience.

You can use lead magnets to gain contact details, tag users for re-marketing - this is what is called first party data - the data you own.

We don't connect to your CRM. We get your listing information directly from your website so your social media posts will always link back to your own website.

In order to share your listings automatically, we need to set up the Dashboard to monitor your website.

This is an automation that looks for any new listings on your website.

You will not see any listings in your account until this step is completed.

Once the Dashboard monitor is setup, all new for sale, sold, rent and rented listings will be in your account ready to share.

Manually share any listings to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google at any time.

To manually share a listing, click on the Listings menu item to see all of your current listings for sale, sold, rent or rented.
Simply select the icon buttons in the Action column and follow the prompts to manually share a listing

If you don't have the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and/or Google social media icons on each listing, you need to connect your social media accounts.

What listing information is shared?

The Dashboard will share up to 10 images of a listings as a carousel on both Facebook and Instagram, and share direct links to the listing on your website on LinkedIn and Google, along with the listings information you choose in the caption template, including:
