Yes, listings are updated if the price, description, title or status of a property changes. 

Your listing will be updated in the Dashboard to reflect that change.

However, listings will not be automatically shared to social media again if you have those settings in place. 

What if I wanted to let people know about a price change, or open home on the weekend?

Listings can be manually shared announcing this change. 

This is also a good time to manually update the share wording and template to reflect the update you wish to post to social media.

What do I do if a listing has been sold or rented, and hasn't been automatically shared?

Firstly, check the automation settings are in place. If they are not in place, this would be a good time to update the Listing automation settings.

Then mark the listing as sold/rented and manually share or schedule the listing to your social media. 

Before sharing, please make sure the listing information on your website is updated.

For example, change the headline from 'Motivated vendors want to sell as quickly as possible' to 'Another great result for our satisfied clients'.
